When you purchase from Insane Deals, the applicable delivery costs are displayed on each product page, as each product has a seperate delivery charge, please take this into consideration when purchasing the product.

Note: Generally, if you purchase more than one of the same product, you will receive a discount, this is not always the case on larger items. For large orders, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Delivery Cap

At Insane Deals, we have a $50.00 delivery cap, where you will not pay any more than $50.00 for delivery on any given order.

Products are usually sent within 48 hours of the order being placed, however if there will be a delay in processing your order due to a product being out of stock, or no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible. We encourage our customers to email us before purchasing to check stock if the order is urgent.

We will generally deliver your goods via Australia Post whereby a tracking number is available upon request. If there is no one home when the Australia Post driver attempts to deliver your order, there will be a card placed in your letterbox and the goods will be available for collection at your nearest post office. From time to time we may use couriers to deliver your order, please state if you would prefer an Australia Post delivery only and if this isnt possible, we will let you know.

Returns:

Insane Deals will accept returns where an incorrect or faulty item has been received.

If you change your mind once the product has been sent from our warehouse, upon approval, it may be possible to return the product for a changeover, however delivery costs will apply for the new product and freight to return the item is not covered in this instance.
